  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities to support our hardware distribution within the Korean market.

China-Korea Logistics & Financial Coordination

  • Manage multi-modal logistics (Sea, Air, and Express) from China to South Korea, focusing on speed and cost-optimization.

  • Optimize shipping routes and lead times while ensuring reliable door-to-door delivery for time-sensitive electronics.

  • Support cross-border payment coordination and maintain accurate logistics-related financial records.

Regulatory Compliance & Local Expertise

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Korean port operations (Busan, Incheon) and international trade protocols.

  • Navigate South Korean customs clearance, including VAT (10%) requirements, HS-code classifications, and assistance with local certifications (e.g., KC certification trends).

  • Monitor local regulatory updates and seasonal logistics trends to proactively mitigate supply chain risks.

China-Korea Strategic Communication

  • Act as the primary local liaison for daily communication with China-based procurement and logistics teams.

  • Prepare bilingual (Korean/English) shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and detailed logistics performance reports.

Essential Requirements

Experience and Professional Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or international trade.

  • Direct experience in the Electronics, IT Tech, or Smart Hardware industry is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of Korea’s warehouse market, freight forwarding networks, and KCS (Korea Customs Service) processes.
