Remote Procurement Assistant (AU/NZ Market)

Working Conditions: Primarily remote work (approx. 80% online)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage our supply chain operations in Oceania (Australia/NZ). You will focus on market entry compliance, warehouse selection, and high-efficiency distribution of IT and smart hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehousing and 3PL partnerships in key cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland).

  • Ensure compliance with local import regulations, including GST, biosecurity protocols, and RCM certification trends for electronics.

  • Coordinate door-to-door logistics and monitor end-to-end supply chain costs.

Essential Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin). Knowledge of local business culture is essential.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in international trade or logistics, preferably in the Tech industry.

  • Must be currently based in Australia or New Zealand.
