Position Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Assistant with in-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s local logistics landscape and professional experience in cutting-edge fields such as electronics, IT tech, and smart hardware. You will be responsible for identifying warehouse solutions, coordinating cross-border shipments from China, and supporting end-to-end supply chain operations in the Vietnamese market. This role serves as a vital link between our China team and local partners to ensure efficient, cost-effective logistics flows.
Key Responsibilities
Local Warehousing & Supply Chain Support

Identify and evaluate suitable warehouse resources in key logistics hubs such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Haiphong.

Assist in negotiating warehousing contracts, service agreements, and managing local warehouse operations.

Execute end-to-end supply chain coordination to ensure seamless product movement within the local market.
Cross-border Transportation & Financial Coordination

Manage logistics for shipments from China to Vietnam via sea, air, rail, and road transport, ensuring route optimization.

Support cross-border payment systems and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely door-to-door delivery.
Logistics Dynamics & Compliance

Familiarity with major Vietnamese ports (Haiphong, Cat Lai, Vung Tau) and international trade procedures.

Manage customs clearance processes, import tariffs, VAT compliance, and HS-code accuracy for tech hardware.

Stay updated on local regulatory changes and seasonal factors affecting logistics in Vietnam.
China-Vietnam Communication Bridge

Act as the primary local contact for daily communication with China-based procurement and logistics teams.

Prepare bilingual (Vietnamese/English) shipping documents, customs declarations, and tracking reports.
Essential Requirements
Language and Location

Trilingual Proficiency: Native-level Vietnamese, plus fluent English and Chinese (spoken and written) for business coordination.

Must be currently residing in Vietnam with valid local market insights.
Experience and Professional Skills

At least 2 years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or international trade.

Specific industry experience in Electronics, IT Tech, or Smart Hardware is required.

Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, local warehouse management, and customs clearance.

Familiarity with cross-border payment systems and end-to-end supply chain coordination.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and remote-collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams).
