Remote Procurement Assistant (Singapore Market)

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Logistics Assistant based in Singapore to manage our regional supply chain hub operations. This role focuses on strategic warehousing, transshipment coordination, and high-standard compliance management for the IT and Electronics industry. You will serve as a vital link for our China-Global logistics flow, leveraging Singapore’s position as a world-class logistics hub.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Hub & Warehouse Management

  • Identify and evaluate warehouse solutions, including Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and Zero-GST warehouses.

  • Manage relationships with premium 3PL providers and oversee inventory accuracy for high-value tech hardware.

Transshipment & Global Coordination

  • Coordinate complex transshipment logistics from China through Singapore to global markets.

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain coordination, including cross-border payment systems and multimodal transport optimization.

Compliance & Local Intelligence

  • Deep knowledge of Singapore Customs (NWC), GST (9%) suspension schemes, and TradeNet documentation.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with international trade procedures and HS-code classifications for electronic components.

Essential Requirements

  • Language Excellence: Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) for daily corporate communication.

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance, specifically within the Tech/IT industry.

  • Must be currently residing in Singapore.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in remote-collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom).
